My Pet Pals is a fully insured pet care business incorporated in the state of Pennsylvania in 2008.  The Number One Pet Pal at My Pet Pals is Jim Dean (yep, James Dean like the actor or the sausage guy—both no relation).  Jim has been an animal lover all his life. Growing up, he had all sorts of pets: dogs, cats, ducks, snakes, turtles, a monkey, a squirrel, budgies, a cockatiel, and an old world chameleon. Summer visits to his grandparents’ farm exposed him to caring for chickens, cows and sheep. As an adult, he’s always had at least one pet in his home.

Jim left a career as a computer programmer to start doing something he loves: caring for animals.  He lives in West Bradford with his wife and four furry “children”: cats Spiffy, Spanky and Sparky (a special-needs rescue) and dog Tazzie, a miniature Australian Shepherd.  They are four happy critters living the good life, and Jim provides every client’s pet with the same level of pet care he provides his own four-legged family members. 

Jim is Red Cross Pet First Aid certified.
